Another good art show.

Once again Somos hosted a really good show thanks to Will and Imelda. With a mixture of local art and music you can never go wrong. Great artwork by Basic Lee and Jeff Perijil. Some horrible pictures:

Art History?

Once again, just like any other project or homework or simply anything. I started working on this Art history project the day before it was due. But I am content of the result; after approximately three hours of work accompanied with non stop aeon flux episodes.

I finally got the rest of my art supplies. now I'll be able to finish everything I started the past weeks. For once in my life I feel content with the simplicity of this piece. just one subject no background.

probably one of the best feelings in the world: closing my eyes feeling the lines, and peeping every now and then.

Thoughts

No Impact Man is probably one of the best environmentally pro films I've seen recently. which I still can't believe I missed out off for more than a year. To start off, this film is not full of facts or shocking images that for some reason push and even offend the guilty minded. instead this film is centered on the well being of the main family, which is achieved by a series of experimentation to see what works and what doesn't. And even though there is a consciousness that at the end we are all set to pretty much live in a useless and over used planet, on a near future, there is still a higher moral achievement to this film. why wait for the masses to start a change. And i am not simply talking about simply an environmental change, but a whole picture change. there is so much stuff to change on the daily life. why wait for the masses; life awaits.
